Working diligently to create the best modernized Shawarma Concept, and to offer Customers worldwide the irresistible tastes and flavors of Meat, Chicken, and Deli Shawarma using the highest quality protein and spices, Spiced and Sliced SAL cooperated with an international state of the art spice manufacturer to produce and standardize its secret spice recipes and mixes to serve consistent, tasty, and best quality Shawarma to any market in the world.

In 2016, Spiced and Sliced SAL opened its first outlet on Hamra Street, one of the most famous food hubs, and busy streets in Beirut. The success, buzz, and long cue lines from customers that the first outlet experienced, prompted for a second outlet which opened in Ashrafieh, another vital retail area in Beirut.
